Hey everyone, my partner and I are planning to move to Brisbane from Melbourne later this year with our 2 kids (5 and 8). We've been looking at a few suburbs but honestly it's overwhelming.

We want something with good primary schools, parks nearby, and ideally not too far from the city for work. Budget is around $600-700k for a 3-4 bed house.

Anyone familiar with Brisbane suburbs? I've heard good things about Indooroopilly and Ashgrove but they might be out of our price range now. What about places like Chermside or Morningside?

Would really appreciate any local insights!
