Went back to Russ & Daughters on Houston Street this weekend. Has been around since 1914 and it is still the best bagel and lox in the city in my opinion. They source their nova from actual wild salmon, not farmed. The horseradish cream cheese with beet cured salmon on an everything bagel is my go-to. Cash only though which is annoying but there is an ATM inside. Get there before 11am on weekends or you will be waiting 40 minutes minimum.
